Scientific Research

  • I Scientific research using spectroscopy (Raman spectroscopy, infrared spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, UV/VIS absorption spectroscopy)

    1. Study the microstructure of the interaction between small drug molecules and related proteins, DNA and other molecules. We mainly developed C-D telescopic vibration spectroscopy in some deuterated molecules to measure molecular microstructure in complex environments.

    2. Study the various weak interactions of organic matter in aqueous solutions. We mainly develops new methods such as ratio spectroscopy and excess spectroscopy to analyze hydrophobic interactions, hydrogen bond interactions, pi-pi interactions, and the cooperation interactions of these interactions, and the influence of these interactions on the microstructure and dynamics of aqueous solutions. It is hoped that it will be helpful for understanding the macroscopic physical properties of organic aqueous solutions.

    3. Study the various weak interactions of inorganic salts in aqueous solutions. We mainly develops new methods such as ratio spectroscopy and excess spectroscopy to analyze ion-ion interaction, ion-water interaction and its cooperation interaction, and the influence of these interactions on the microstructure and dynamics of aqueous solutions. It is hoped that it will be helpful to understand the macroscopic physical properties of inorganic saline solutions

    4. Study the interaction between various materials and the surface interface of aqueous solutions. We mainly develops methods such as dispectroscopy, difference spectroscopy, and surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy to analyze the aqueous solution structure of the surface interface of some inorganic materials, organic materials, and nanomaterials. It is hoped that the physical properties of the interface can be understood at the molecular level.
