江淮城市群可持续发展评价及提升策略研究

Study on the Sustainable Development Evaluation and Promotion Strategy of Jianghuai City Group

摘要:

坚持可持续发展理念是推动经济社会发展的重要方针,而城市群的可持续发展是现有文献研究的热点话题。文章基于江淮城市群10个城市2007-2016年数据,采用主成分分析法对江淮城市群可持续发展水平及其时空特征进行分析,主要结论有:(1)江淮城市群城市可持续发展水平总体较高,其中合肥、马鞍山和芜湖的可持续发展水平处于第一方阵;(2)时序变化上,江淮城市群城市可持续发展水平呈现波动提升的态势;(3)空间分布上,江淮城市群西部和北部城市可持续发展水平较低,而中部和东南部城市可持续发展水平较高。最后,文章从转变经济发展方式、提升资源使用效率、调整能源消费结构和加快生态文明建设等角度提出实现江淮城市群可持续发展的提升策略。

Abstract:

The concept of adhering to the sustainable development is an important policy to promote economic and social development, and the sustainable development of urban agglomeration is a hot topic in the existing literature research. Based on the 2007-2016 data of 10 cities in the Jianghuai urban agglomeration, this paper analyzes the sustainable development level and its temporal and spatial characteristics of the Jianghuai urban agglomeration by principal component analysis. The main conclusions are: firstly, the sustainable development level of Jianghuai urban agglomerations is generally high, and the sustainable development level of Hefei, Maanshan and Wuhu being in the first phalanx; secondly, the sustainable development level of the Jianghuai urban agglomeration cities shows a trend of increasing volatility in terms of time series changes; thirdly, the sustainable development level of the western and northern cities of the Jianghuai urban agglomeration is low in terms of spatial distribution, while the sustainable development level of the central and southeastern cities is relatively high. Finally, the article proposes a strategy to improve the sustainable development of the Jianghuai urban agglomeration from the perspectives of transforming economic development mode, improving resource utilization rate, adjusting energy consumption structure and accelerating ecological civilization construction.
